Mrs Flury Organic Chia Seeds have a protein content of 20% and are an excellent source of plant-based nutrients and fiber (32%). They provide abundant omega-3 fatty acids (18 g per 100 g) as well as valuable calcium and proteins for daily nutrition.
They are versatile for use in chia puddings, smoothies, muesli, porridge, yogurt, or as a vegan egg substitute in baking.
